I got some terrible colored contact lenses that didn’t match the images on their site at all. I was really disappointed, so I reached out to them to return the four unopened boxes I didn’t want. They say on their site that you can send back unused boxes, but that’s just not true. They won’t even provide an address for returns, and instead, they try to hush you up by offering another pair for free, acting like that’s a good solution. If I didn’t like the first two, why would I want to pay for six pairs I don’t want, plus a free one that I probably won’t like either, given the poor quality of what I already got? One color didn’t even show up on my eye, and the other one was just plain creepy. The customer service is terrible. Believe the one-star ratings; they’re there for a reason!
